🏖️ Client Holidays

When calculating client holiday deductions, only subtract the number of walks that would normally take place during the client's time away.

For example:

  • If a client has 1 walk per week and you allow 2 weeks of holiday, deduct 2 walks in total.
  • If a client has 5 walks per week and you allow 2 weeks of holiday, deduct 10 walks in total.

This calculation should always be based on the client's regular weekly booking schedule to ensure pricing remains fair and accurate.
